At BOYO369 we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Your Right to Return

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel and return most online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Items must be free from damage, stains, odours, pet hair, or signs of wear.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Underwear and boxers
  • Socks (if packaging has been opened)
  • Face coverings or similar hygiene products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty item
  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs before approving a replacement or refund.

If the item is confirmed faulty, BOYO369 will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different sizes
  • Different colours (subject to availability)

If your requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be offered.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item arrived damaged
  • An incorrect item was supplied

We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
